Real Estate Marketing

Working for real-estate marketing firms Pacific Marketing Associates and The Mark Company (real estate marketing consulting firms) as Senior Marketing Manager, Laura brought marketing principles, discipline, innovation to the teams.  We applied segmentation research and practical experience to the marketing of condominium homes and successfully applied luxury and automotive strategies such as digital traffic generation, social media, and PR to this category often resulting in quadrupled traffic and faster sellout.

The 88 San Jose

Project is first of it's kind in SJ - 23 stories on the light rail line, in the very heart of San Jose.  Managed all communications.

Sourced, negotiated contracts, retained and managed all necessary “best of breed” agency partnerships expertise for:  branding, website design, brochures, sales centers, online marketing, multicultural marketing, event marketing, PR, consumer research, signage and outdoor and print advertising.  

Coordinated vendor partners such as virtual tour, concierge, HOA, advertising, PR, digital media, events, staging, firms for Pacific Marketing and Wilson Meany Sullivan.

SOMA GRAND

SOMA Grand Condominiums maintained distinction of fastest selling in SF for 2008.

Worked with Developer TMG.  High visibility project required coordination of high level marketing, and associated budget throughout the sales cycle. Managed PR, website, events, CRM systems, social media and SEO.  Leveraged some traditional media, print and radio with PR and event marketing to maximize traffic.

Chang Architecture

Leveraged and elevated Chang Architecture's position as one of the most prolific in terms of completed class A tenant improvement space in the Silicon Valley.  Succeeded in obtaining leads through site.

New site launch included assisting with asset library, secured new visual assets/photography, writing copy, selected new digital platform, and best of breed experts, for launch of new site.  Served as webmaster. Entailed writing over 40 project descriptions with specifications. Assisted in new business acquisition through digital media triggers.

  • Marketing – Assisted in communicating repositioned firm given change in market dynamics, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.  Relaunched brand via digital marketing.
